Your package will be shipped in a plain box or envelope with no advertising,
order processing
All orders are processed in the order received and typically ship within 1-3 business days of receipt (special or large orders may require additional time). Rush orders (Priority) are prioritized in our queue for fast processing, however this does not guarantee that your order will be delivered within 1 business day. By requesting Priority Shipping, you will ensure your order is delivered within 2-3 business days of leaving our facility.
We make every effort to ship all orders daily, however due to exceptional circumstances we are not always able to do so.

After placing an order that will be shipped by FedEx, DHL, etc., you can find the tracking link for the package by logging into your account and checking its status.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order

manufacturing defect

If your item is defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace your item free of charge or refund you as long as the following conditions are met:
You have submitted a claim to our customer representative or through your account within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase and you have sent the defective item back to us with the free return label we sent you , after we receive the damaged item and confirm it is defective, we will send you a new replacement item for free. Please note that we cannot guarantee that replacement items will be the same color, and if the product has been discontinued, your replacement product may be different but similar to the product from the same manufacturer.

You can also log into your account and complete this request online. If you have any questions about returning an item, or do not have an account and would like to request a return, please contact our customer service department via the "Contact Us" page on our website. Customer service representatives will be able to troubleshoot issues and work with you to find solutions.
If approved for a refund, we will email you a free return label to return the item to us. After we have received and verified that the item is in undamaged, unopened and unused condition, we will refund your purchase price to your original form of payment. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted. Please note that it may take several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.

Most products can be returned within seven (7) days of receipt of your purchase. After seven (7) days, you will only be able to exchange products purchased online.
If an exchange is required, please do not open the item as only unopened packages are eligible for return or exchange.
We cannot accept promotional returns and exchanges.
